At Vive with Love, we strive to work quickly, efficiently and with the utmost care when packaging and shipping your order, to ensure your delivery reaches you as quickly and economically as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your needs. Shipping rates are based on the shipping method, total weight and volume of your order, as well as the destination.
Once your order is packaged and up from our facility, Vive with Love will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
The transit time for your order depends on the distance it has to travel and may be affected by factors outside of Vive with Love.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will not be accepted of personalized products. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
An approved return will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please clearly label the outside of the return shipping box with the RMA number provided. Kindly note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to our location.
